Kyle Pierce is an Alabama Criminal Defense and Litigation Attorney with offices in Gadsden and Birmingham. He practices with his wife, Beth Clayton Pierce, at Pierce & Pierce Attorneys, PLLC, where they lead a dedicated team of professionals who fight for their clients and provide comfort during stressful seasons of life.
Before entering practice, Kyle completed law school at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law after receiving a B.A. in Communications from The University of Alabama. He has written for statewide news and entertainment publications, edited legal treatises, and reported for broadcast networks.
Kyle decided to start Alabama Courtroom Practice because he believes there is a need for accessible and understandable resources discussing what really happens in Alabama’s courtrooms. Not just the law, but the practical applications and their meanings.
This platform is primarily for lawyers to discuss ideas, implications of recent cases, and review best practices for the daily tasks of real lawyers across Alabama. However, the goal is to present information in a way that nonlawyers can also understand the objectives and best practices.
