I’m in Kyle Pierce, an Alabama Criminal Defense and Litigation Attorney with offices in Gadsden and Birmingham. I practice with my wife, Beth Clayton Pierce, at Pierce & Pierce Attorneys, PLLC, where we lead a dedicated team of professionals who get up every day to fight for our clients and provide comfort in stressful seasons of life.
Before entering practice, I completed law school at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law after receiving a B.A. in Communications from The University of Alabama. (Roll Tide!) I’ve written for statewide news and entertainment publications, edited legal treatises, and reported for broadcast networks.
I decided to start Alabama Courtroom Practice, because I believe there’s a need for easy to access and easy to understand resources discussing what really happens in Alabama’s courtrooms. Not just the law - the practical applications and what they mean.
This is a vehicle primarily for lawyers to discuss ideas, implications of recent cases, and review best practices for the things that real lawyers do daily across Alabama, but my goal is still to present things in such a way that nonlawyers can understand the goals and best premise.
We’ll see.
I’m excited for this journey - won’t you subscribe?
